Formation of New Companies

Our service enables a business to become a registered Irish company. We organise registration of the new company’s name, directors, secretary and shareholders.

We register the new company for taxation and have a bank account opened for it.

We can also provide a Registered Office address for the new company. It is compulsory, under Irish Company law, that all Irish companies have an Irish Registered Office address.

Registering Company Changes in the Companies Registration Office

We process the necessary Companies Registration Office (CRO) documentation to record all changes in a company. These include, change in directors or secretary, change in the company’s Registered Office address and extension to the company’s Annual Return date.

Filing Mandatory CRO Returns

We file mandatory B1 Annual Returns for companies before the CRO required filing date (Annual Return Date). These returns are filed in the CRO together with financial statements which are prepared in compliance with company legislation.

Registering a Business Name

We process the necessary Companies Registration Office (CRO) documentation to register a business name. This can be important to a business that wants to prevent its competitors from using its name and possible taking some of its customers.
